The Mental Health Commission of Canada, in collaboration with the Canadian Association for Suicide Prevention, the Centre for Suicide Prevention, and the Public Health Agency of Canada, is developing a set of toolkits to support people who have been impacted by suicide. One toolkit will be tailored for people who have survived suicide attempt(s), and the other toolkit will be focused on resources for people who have lost someone to suicide.
At this time we are seeking input from people who have been impacted by suicide to help inform the content for each of the toolkits.
If you have lived experience related to suicide (e.g., suicide attempt, suicide loss, or provide care or support to someone with suicide thoughts or attempts), we invite you to fill out this short survey: https://www.surveygizmo.com/s3/3672800/Toolkits-for-those-Impacted-by-Suicide. We also welcome you to share with your networks.
